With the kids going back to school soon, it’s time to spend a little more time focusing on yourself. There’s no better way to focus on yourself than to start a workout plan or fitness plan. These cute workout clothes for women will get you motivated.
This is the first year that all my kids will be in all-day school. I haven’t been alone all day in thirteen years! I’m excited and sad at the same time. When I found out my youngest would be going to all-day preschool, I started planning and brainstorming what I would do all day. So far, my list consists of spending more time blogging, finding new ways to save money, and getting in shape. It’s time to say goodbye to my mom bod!

The easiest way to get myself motivated to workout is to get new workout clothes. I used to wear athletic shorts and a baggy t-shirt, but I’ve since changed my style to yoga leggings, cute sports bras, and tanks.
I do a Beachbody on Demand workout five days a week but have recently started doing yoga. After our move from Alabama to Texas, a friend invited me to go to my first yoga class. I loved it and will be going again.
