This free seersucker dishcloth knitting pattern is one of my favorite knitting patterns lately.

Knitted dishcloths add so much character and fun to washing the dishes. I do have a dishwasher but find that not everything fits or gets washed right in the dishwasher. As a military family, we rent our house, so we don’t get to have a top of the line dishwasher.

When I learned how to knit many years ago, dishcloths were where I started. I spent hours sitting with my mom learning basic knitting skills and creating my very first knitted dishcloths. Since then, my skills have improved, and I’ve loved every step of the journey.
